
Personal Training
Personal Training involves in-person training at a pre-determined location. Training will focus on the client’s goals and needs, and will include warm-up, instruction on proper form, bodyweight movements, weight training, cardio bursts, mobility work & cool down, and various other training modalities.
30 Minute Sessions
Session includes:
Brief Warmup & Cooldown (come prepared to work)
Lifting session focusing on compound movements for maximal efficiency
Great choice for new fitness enthusiasts!
Tailored routine to goals & needs
Ability to package with Nutrition Add-on
Training rate: $40/session
(Training packages charged monthly, minimum sessions = 2x/wk)
Recommended frequency for best results: 2-3 sessions/week
Personal Hybrid Training (Partial In-Person & Virtual)
Package Includes:
“Create” your own package - set a specific number of in-person & virtual sessions for the month
Great for those constantly traveling or experiencing scheduling interruptions!
Virtual sessions include: pre-written warm-up & cool down, lifting & cardio instructions & examples, and special considerations taken based on equipment availability
60 Minute Sessions
Session includes:
Full-length Warm-up & Cooldown
Comprehensive lifting session and minimal cardio bursts, focusing on proper form, and building muscular strength
Perfect for cracking down on goals!
Tailored routine to goals & needs
Ability to package with Nutrition Add-on
Training rate: $70/session
(Training packages charged monthly, minimum sessions = 1x/wk)
